We’ve got some good news for you! We’ve popped a little bit of her magic into a bottle. A serum bottle, to be precise ;) We call it our Fairy Godmother Serum.
The thing is, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all serum. A serum is where you get a chance to deliver an absolute bucket load of active and beneficial ingredients to your skin. Since your skin is unique, you need a serum that helps your unique skin concerns.
One serum might be absolutely fantastic for one person, but causes blemishes for someone else. So this blog is here to make sure you’re using the right magic potion (serum, that is!).
What’s a serum?
For the serum newbies out there, it’s a good idea to make sure you understand what a serum is! Some brands pop some oil in a bottle and call it a serum but it’s a bit different here in Happy land.
Our serums are water-based and extremely light but choc-a-block full of incredibly active ingredients. Since it’s water based and you apply it right after cleansing and toning, your skin literally drinks it up and you get maximum benefits. Then you seal your serum in by applying your heavier oils and creams over the top.
Meet your Fairy Godmother (is she #1 or #2?)
In all of the years we’ve been working with problem skin we’ve come across a LOT of different concerns, and we wanted to make sure our new serums could help as many people as possible achieve their happy skin.
We thought of creating a marvellous one-size-fits-all serum, but it just wasn’t possible, and that’s why we’ve created 2 serums - #1 and #2 :)

An incredibly effective blend of glycogen, Vitamin C, Vitamin F, Kakadu Plum, coffee bean and antarctic glycoproteins (yes, they’re a thing! Extracted from a form of bacteria found in the antarctic!), this serum has rapidly become one of our best sellers.
